Hagan Properties started construction in March of 2018 on this 470 unit, 35 acre ground up development at the northeast quadrant of I-64 and Blankenbaker Parkway on Ellingsworth Lane in east Louisville. Construction will take 30 months on this ultra-luxury project with first units available April 2019.
 
Unit amenities include garages, large patios and balconies, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, and granite countertops.
